We aim to reply to email within one business day. If you are standing in front of a customer and the application is not working, call — do not email.

 
Accounts
Accounts are created by Broadway Piano Rescue. There is no public sign-up, and you cannot create one yourself.

To request an account, to have one deleted, or if you have been locked out: email [email protected] or call 917-719-0162. Password resets are handled by us directly — there is no self-service reset in the application.

 
Before you contact us
Two things make a report much faster to fix:

Your build number. Tap "Broadway Piano Rescue" at the top of the screen. A small message appears showing the build you are on. Include it.
What you were doing. Which screen, what you tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected.
 
Common issues
The app says you are offline. A red bar across the top means the device has no connection and changes will not save. Do not re-enter the same information repeatedly — wait for the bar to disappear, then check whether your change was saved before entering it again.

A customer's arrival estimate is missing. The arrival time comes from your device's location. If you declined the location permission, the customer still receives the "on my way" message, just without a time. Enable location for the app in your device settings to restore it.

The screen is blank or stuck. Close the app fully and reopen it. If a recovery screen appears, use "Reload." If it happens twice in a row, call us — that is a real bug and we want to know.

A job is missing from your list. Jobs appear for the technician they are assigned to. If a job you expect is not there, it may not be assigned to you yet. Call the office.

 
Reporting a bug or requesting a change
Email [email protected] with the build number and what happened. We build and maintain this application ourselves, so a good report often becomes a fix within days.
